By accessing or using Shop-Guardian, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
Shop-Guardian is a cybersecurity trust intelligence SaaS for storefront teams. The platform provides Domain Monitoring, Trust Score reporting, Security Alerts, Trust Signals, Security Insights, and Scan Pipeline workflows.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You agree to use Shop-Guardian only for lawful business purposes.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, submit domains you are not authorized to assess, reverse engineer restricted components, or use Shop-Guardian in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of scans and outputs aligns with your legal obligations and internal policies. Shop-Guardian scan outputs help prioritize risk indicators but do not replace legal advice, compliance audits, or penetration testing.
Paid subscriptions renew according to your selected billing interval unless cancelled. Initial paid purchases are completed through Stripe checkout, and ongoing plan management may occur in Stripe billing portal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to your account's available billing actions. Shop-Guardian may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, payment failure, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Shop-Guardian and its platform materials are owned by Shop-Guardian or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your active subscription or trial.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Shop-Guardian does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete issue detection, legal compliance outcomes, or specific business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shop-Guardian and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shop-Guardian and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms are effective when posted. Continued use of Shop-Guardian after an update means you accept the revised terms.
